Terms of use

These cover the website and the support assistant. Work we carry out on your property is covered by the quote and invoice for that job, not by this page.

What this site is for

Information about our services and a way to reach us for support. Use it for those purposes and not to interfere with it or with anyone else using it.

The support assistant

The assistant is automated and can be wrong. It offers general troubleshooting for the kinds of systems we install; it is not a substitute for a technician looking at your equipment, and nothing it says is a quote, a commitment to a price, or a guarantee of a repair.

Do not follow any step you are not comfortable with. The assistant will not ask you to climb, to open equipment, or to work on anything electrical, and if a suggestion ever seems to head that way, stop and ask for Brandon.

Automatic gates, door hardware, and mains electricity can injure people. Where the assistant says something needs a technician, that is why.

Emergencies

This site is not an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, call 911.

Quotes and appointments

Nothing on this site is a quote or a booking. Prices depend on the property and the equipment, and Brandon confirms both directly.

Accuracy

We keep the site accurate but do not warrant that everything on it is complete or current, and equipment and practices change.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website or the support assistant. This does not limit liability for the work we actually perform for you, which is governed by your agreement with us, and does not exclude anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
