Byrd-IT designs, installs, and repairs the systems that keep a property secure and connected: cameras, door access, networks, automatic gates, and internet in places the cable company will not go.
Much of the work is rural, and rural changes the job. Long driveways, metal buildings that block Wi-Fi, gates a quarter mile from the nearest power pole, and properties well past the end of the fiber. Those are ordinary conditions here, and the systems have to be designed for them rather than adapted afterward.
We work on systems we installed and systems we did not. If yours has cameras that stopped working, a gate that quit, or an app nobody can log into, we can usually put it right without starting over.
Licensed and insured
Texas Security License #B24045601. Security camera and access control work in Texas requires a license, and it is worth confirming that whoever you hire holds one.
Where we work
East Texas, out of Big Sandy - including Big Sandy, Gilmer, Hawkins, Gladewater, Longview, Tyler, Mineola, and Winnsboro. We take work outside this area too. Ask.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Central. Our support assistant answers around the clock and flags anything urgent.
After-hours support is available on select service plans. Ask us what that would look like for your property.
