Site diagnostics

For people listed as administrators of a site we manage. Verify with the email address on file and the assistant can read your equipment's live status and work out why a website or service is being blocked.

What it can do

  • Tell you what is online. The gateway, cameras, switches, access points and door readers at your site, as UniFi's cloud sees them.
  • Explain a block.Name the device and the website or app that will not connect. It checks the firewall rules, the content filter, intrusion prevention and any special routes, looks up the destination's reputation, and tells you which one is responsible and whether it looks deliberate, protective, or a false alarm.
  • Show recent security events. What the gateway blocked and from where.
  • Escalate with the evidence. If something needs changing, it opens a ticket for a support technician with the full findings attached.

What it will not do

It reads; it does not change. Allow-listing a website, editing a firewall rule, unblocking a device, rebooting equipment, or adding and removing users are all changes that need approval, and the first such request on any account needs Brandon's one-time sign-off. The assistant will tell you when that applies and ask for it on your behalf.

It is an AI, not a person, and it will say so if you ask. Every check it runs is logged against your site. It will never ask you for a password, a PIN, or a payment detail.

Not on file?

If you manage a site day to day but the code does not reach you, you can ask the listed administrator to vouch for you from this page. They get an email, and once they approve you get a link that opens read-only diagnostics for that one site.
