Talk to support

Speak to our support assistant from this page. No sign-in and no phone call - allow the microphone and start talking. It is the same assistant as the chat, so it knows the systems we install and can open a ticket when a technician is needed.

Ready when you are.

What to expect

  • It says it is an AI first. Before you have said anything. Ask it again at any point and it will confirm plainly that it is not a person.
  • You can interrupt it.Talk over it the way you would on a phone call. It stops and listens.
  • You can ask for a person.Say so and it stops troubleshooting, takes your details, and opens a ticket for a support technician.
  • There is a written transcript on screen. It appears as you both speak, so you can see what it heard - useful when it mishears a model number.
  • Codes are typed, never spoken. If it needs to verify who you are, a box appears on this page. Type the code in; do not read it out.

If the microphone will not work

Your browser asks permission the first time. If you blocked it by accident, the padlock or microphone icon in the address bar will let you allow it again. Voice needs a secure connection, which this site uses.

Some older browsers and locked-down work computers will not do voice at all. The support chat does everything the voice assistant does, by typing.

Or call us on (903) 300-BYRD - the same assistant answers the phone.

Privacy

The transcript is stored with the conversation, the same way the chat is, so a technician picking up a ticket can see what was already ruled out. It will never ask you for a password, a PIN, a card number, or any banking detail.
