We install many types and brands of gate openers, for residential drives, farm and ranch entrances, and commercial yards, swing gates and slide gates alike, and bid each job on its own depending on the type of gate, its weight, its length, and what you need from it.
Sizing matters. An opener that is too small for the gate will just damage itself and shorten its life, and it voids the warranty. The other question is power: whether there is power at the gate, or the system needs to run on solar. Solar is common out here and works well when it is sized for how often the gate cycles and for how short the days get in winter.
Control can be a remote, a keypad, an access card, or a combination, installed with the gate or added afterwards, and there are systems that log when each user accesses the gate. We also repair gates that were installed by somebody else, including operators that have stopped closing, remotes that no longer reach, and safety systems that need attention.
On safety
An automatic gate is a heavy powered machine, and its safety devices are what stop it from injuring someone. We will not disable, bypass, or defeat a safety sensor, and we would ask you not to either. If a gate is reversing or stopping, something is telling it to, and the fix is finding out what.
